1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DiscoverZim website and mobile applications, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. Please review the specific terms for each booking carefully before confirming your reservation.

5. Store Orders & Payments

DiscoverZim lets registered stores sell goods and services and lets you place orders against them. Orders may be fulfilled by pickup, delivery, or a digital voucher. You can order as a registered user or as a guest using your mobile number and/or email; guest orders are identified by a tracking number sent to you, and you can later link them to an account by verifying ownership of that contact.

For online payments, DiscoverZim holds your payment in escrow and releases it to the store once your order is fulfilled. Cash-on-delivery orders are settled directly between you and the store — DiscoverZim is not involved in those funds. Payment-gateway and withdrawal fees may apply to stores and are described in our store terms.

6. Refunds & Reversals

Refunds (which you request) and reversals (which a store proposes) require a reason and the other party's acceptance before any money moves. Approved amounts are drawn from escrow and settled before the store's funds are paid out. A refund may cover a whole order or specific items.

7. Delivery & Vouchers

Where an order is delivered, delivery is arranged and performed by the store, not by DiscoverZim. Digital vouchers are redeemed by the store at the point of collection; once redeemed, a voucher cannot be reused.
